Parking
There is free parking outside of the
Plaza Offices. Enter the building and
take the elevator up to the 2nd floor
and proceed to Suite 275.
Directions to the Office
Turn right onto John Ryan Dr. Turn left into parking lot. Our office is in Plaza Offices Bldg.
Enter through sliding doors. In the lobby, elevators are to the left.
Office Hours
Phones are answered Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Dr. Hooker or the physician on call is
available for urgent or emergent issues on nights and weekends.
Dr. Hooker currently sees patients in the Southwest Office on Wednesdays but can also see patients on other days
by special arrangement. Patients can also be seen at the Downtown Office most days.
